We also have Esko software, which is a very clever program that enables your design to be viewed in a 3D format before it is printed.
Silkscreen
Silkscreen is one of the oldest printing methods historically used in ancient China and although we like to keep up with all aspects of modern printing technics, it is still a very effective way of printing, it is especially good in reproducing Gravure finishes and colours as it uses the same ink technologies as production presses.
Screening produces second to none Metallic, Pearlesant, Diffuser effect, high build varnishes(Gloss, Satin and Matt), and Merck pigment colours along with all other conventional uses for the process.
Laser Cutting
Having this machine has also saved on producing small quantities where the purchase of an expensive cutter and creaser simply would not be cost effective, it also saves the time of cutting and creasing by hand which we used to do all the time on large boxes and cartons.
Because it uses the same digital file as the artwork it is as accurate as the file, and slight changes can be made instantly if the cutter is not working correctly.
